About the Exam
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET UG is the sole national-level medical entrance examination in India. Conducted by the NTA, it is mandatory for students wishing to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS), and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS) courses in government and private institutions in India, as well as those intending to study primary medical qualifications abroad.
